Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery

We offer two options at checkout, both flat rate regardless of order size:

Standard - $8.00 - arrives 3-5 business days after dispatch
Express - $15.00 - arrives 1-2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. Adding processing time, a standard order typically arrives within 4-7 business days of ordering, and an express order within 2-4 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can add time, and these are outside our control.

Carrier

We ship via UPS. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@pacificformulationsinc.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's with the carrier, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded less the shipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, contact us at support@pacificformulationsinc.com and we'll make it right.
